buckwheat pancakes

Makes 4-6 pancakes
  1. 1 Cup of Gramp’s Organic Buckwheat Waffle/Pancake Mix
  2. ¾ – 1 Cup of milk
  3. ¼ TSP Vanilla Extract
  4. 1 Egg (Whisked)
  5. 1 TBSP of unpasteurized honey
  6. Topping Suggestions: Butter, Maple Syrup, Fresh fruit, whipped cream etc.
  1. Combine 1 cup of Gramp’s Organic Buckwheat/Waffle Pancake Mix with ¾ to 1 cup of sour milk (depending on desired consistency)
  2. Combine ¼ tsp of pure vanilla, with 1 vigorously whisked egg, and 1 tbsp of unpasteurized honey and add to pancake batter
  3. Pour batter on a medium-hot, coconut oiled pan and flip once consistent bubbles appear.
  4. Turn to songs by Randy Briand on Spotify, get creative, put a tsp of butter on your pancake, and decorate it with toppings of choice!  Maple syrup, fresh fruit, and whip cream are a given!

Be sure to dip your pancake strategically into Maple Syrup!
